GOOD FRIDAY AT 9.30AM: Newington Public School, Newington Boulevard, Newington
EASTER SUNDAY AT 9.30AM: St Philip's Anglican Church, corner of Hall and Macquarie Streets, Auburn
Join us on Sundays at 9am, for a 9.30am start, in the old church building at 48 Hall Street, Auburn. We meet for an hour before enjoying morning tea together. The main thing we do is hear from our God. This happens as his Word, the Bible, is read and preached. There is a full children’s and youth program, and all of our leaders have been trained in working safely with children.
We look forward to seeing you soon.
Come from 6pm for a light meal, followed by bible teaching at 7pm. This is a very relaxed meeting, and questions are welcome. We read the bible in the languages of the people who come. The teaching is in easy English. Pictures and stories are used. Come and make new friends from around the world. Come and meet Jesus in his Word, the Bible. (6pm church is pausing for a couple of weeks, and will start up again on Sunday January 11, 2015).
Different small groups meet most nights of the week in homes and at the church. We help each other to grow in our knowledge of God, and in our love for God. And we grow in friendship together. Please join one.
We love sharing life and we love sharing food. Every month or two, we have lunch together on a Sunday, either at the church, or at Auburn Park. Join us at church, and then stay with us for lunch afterwards.
Junior Jivers is a music and movement group for mums and/or dads and their children. It runs on Wednesdays between 10 and 11am. Morning tea is served. It runs during school terms. Please come along this week.
We regularly run a course to introduce people to Jesus. If you don’t yet know about Jesus, this is for you. The course runs over four evenings, spread over four weeks. It is a safe and friendly place where you can explore Christianity, and ask any question you like. And we share dinner together first. Please send us a message if you are interested.
We play football (soccer) together on Sunday afternoons. We enjoy kicking a ball together, and making new friends in Auburn. The time and location changes. Contact Tim (below) if you are keen to join us.
We have a program for children of all ages during our Sunday morning meeting. The children and young people meet with trained leaders to learn more about God.
THURSDAY AFTERNOON CLASS: 1.15-3.15pm with Rita and Megan
THURSDAY EVENING CLASS: 7-9pm with Trude and Kendall
You don't need to register. Please just join us in the church hall next to the car park.
